Position Overview

Compugen is seeking a System Administrator for a 3-month contract working remotely. Candidates must currently reside within Canada and be available to work ADT.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and understand complex technical concepts, with broad and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, O365/Azure, and server operating systems.
• Administrate Windows/Linux/Cloud-based endpoints (servers).
• Create, suspend, and delete security accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve outages.
• Support OS-related systems.
• Complete complex planned interventions (installations, modifications, etc.).
• Communicate with teams regarding upgrades and new solutions.
• Follow ITSM ITIL processes for Change Requests, Service Requests, Incidents, and Problem Management.
• Prepare reports for management as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Cloud support for Servers.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Entra ID.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, including presenting and discussing technical details with clients.
• Experience supporting infrastructure operations.
• Platform-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCSE/MCSA).
• Knowledge of SCCM/SCVMM is desirable.
