Position: Systems Administrator

Position Summary:

The Systems Administrator is a seasoned technical support professional who manages workload effectively amidst shifting priorities, diagnoses and addresses issues promptly, and tailors solutions to minimize impact. Strong communication, teamwork, and a courteous approach are essential for success.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and implement improvements to IT infrastructure including systems, servers, network, storage, and cloud.
2. Manage Azure Cloud, oversee infrastructure deployment, security compliance, and troubleshoot network issues.
3. Upgrade infrastructure to meet capacity, reliability, security, and efficiency goals.
4. Document systems and processes, support disaster recovery and business continuity, monitor system health, and perform backups.
5. Participate in projects, adhere to policies and best practices, and communicate with technology leadership and other teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with IT infrastructure technologies.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365/Azure, Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco CCNA, ITIL, or equivalents.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, network services, cloud services, security, DevOps, and network technologies.
• Ability to work under stress, support after-hours maintenance, and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Remote work requires a quiet, safe home workspace with reliable internet.

Salary Range: $71,200 - $84,500.
