Job summary

New-Life Mills in Denfield, ON is seeking a Swingperson to join the production team. The role focuses on manufacturing high-quality finished feed products according to customer requirements and supporting operations within the feed mill.

Candidates should have production or manufacturing experience, be willing to work rotating shifts, and be physically able to lift 25–40 kg. The team offers health coverage and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, pelleting, shipping and receiving of feeds and feed ingredients through computerized systems
• Loading and unloading trucks, including operation of a forklift.
• Reading digital readouts with extreme accuracy and maintain and file records.
• Following quality control practices and procedures and participating in audit processes as required.
• Safety-first mindset; complete safety training and report deviations to mill management promptly.
• General housekeeping duties throughout the facility
• Must be able to perform other related duties including following HACCP and GMP regulations.

Your Team

New-Life Mills: New-Life Mills has been a leader in livestock nutrition since 1964, providing feed solutions that support healthy, productive animals. With a focus on research, quality assurance, and species-specific expertise, we help farmers achieve optimal performance and profitability.

We are seeking a Swingerpson to join our New-Life Mills team. This role is responsible for manufacturing high-quality finished feed products according to customer requirements and providing support to all operations within the feed mill.

Day to Day

Shifts: 2 Week Rotation - 6am-2pm | 2pm-10pm |10pm-6am

• Mixing, pelleting, shipping and receiving of feeds and feed ingredients through computerized systems
• Loading and unloading trucks, including operation of a forklift.
• Reading digital readouts with extreme accuracy and maintain and file records.
• Following quality control practices and procedures and participating in audit processes as required.
• Performing daily with a Safety-first mindset and abiding by all safety rules and company policies, completion of all required safety training and reporting all deviations to procedures, including feed safety and quality related issues to mill management in a timely manner.
• General housekeeping duties throughout the facility
• Must be able to perform other related duties including following HACCP and GMP regulations.
