Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking a Night Loader (Wash Bay Attendant) for Hanover Flour Mill in Hanover, ON. You will load and unload bulk and bagged flour, load millfeeds for shipment, and complete safety training during night shifts.

This full-time, permanent role requires a valid AZ license, ability to work in dusty outdoor conditions, and the physical capability to lift 25 kg. Night shifts run 12am–8am, Sunday to Thursday, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ license with a clean driver's abstract.
• Able to work in environments subject to dust allergens and higher temperatures as well as in all outside weather conditions.
• Able to complete Fall Arrest Training.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision and problem solve.
• Physically fit with the ability to safely lift 25kg bags.
• Be able to organize work in co-operation with other departments in an efficient manner.
• Reliable and dependable with an ability to work shiftwork, overtime and weekends as required.

We are seeking a Night Loader (Wash Bay Attendant) to join our P&H Milling Group team. This role is responsible for loading and unloading bulk and bagged products at the facility.

We are looking for the following shifts:

Rotating Shift:

(2 Weeks Days, 1 Week Afternoon, OT as needed)

• Day Shift: 8am to 4pm (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoon Shift: 4pm to 12pm (Monday to Friday)

Night Shift:

• 12am to 8am (Sunday to Thursday)

Day to Day

• Loading and unloading bulk and bagged flour
• Loading of Millfeeds and Feed Midds for shipment
• Complete and comply with all health, safety and food safety training
• Other duties as assigned
