Job summary

Nestlé Canada is seeking a part-time Coffee Specialist at our Vaughan location to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and embody the Nespresso brand.

This role requires 1-2 years in fast-paced retail, strong sales and customer service, and the ability to stand all day and lift up to 23 kg.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail/selling environment with a high volume of customers.
• Demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service
• Effective time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for an entire working day and to repeatedly lift a maximum of 23 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in daily briefings to understand objectives and deliverables.
• Coaching sessions with team leaders; upsell and achieve store goals.
• Delivering exceptional customer experience using product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Creating positive brand experiences for all stakeholders.
• Promoting Nespresso’s sustainability mission by educating customers and prospects.
