Job summary

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso at Costco locations across Ontario. You will engage shoppers, demo machines, educate on coffee solutions, and drive sales through outstanding customer experiences.

This contract role runs November 10, 2026 to December 8, 2026, offering $22 per hour plus uncapped incentives, with online training and the opportunity to work with a globally recognized premium coffee brand and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales or brand ambassador experience is an asset.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers, initiating conversations, and closing sales.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.
• Energetic, outgoing, professional demeanor with a passion for customer engagement.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for bi-weekly travel to Costco locations.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Full availability between Monday through Sunday.

Position Overview

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso within multiple Costco locations. In this role, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate premium coffee products, educate customers on Nespresso's innovative coffee solutions, and drive sales through exceptional customer experiences.

• Access to a reliable vehicle is required, as travel to different Costco warehouse locations within the assigned territory required every 2 weeks.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Full availability between Monday through Sunday.
