Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Party Chief to join our team. The Party Chief will oversee land surveying projects and ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment such as Sokkia GPS and Total Stations.
2. Supervise survey crews and guide fieldwork procedures.
3. Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports.
4. Utilize knowledge of geometry, math, trigonometry, and Civil 3D software for accurate measurements.
5. Create schematics and drawings using software like AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in land surveying and party chief responsibilities.
2. Proficiency in using surveying tools and software such as Topcon and Sokkia.
3. Strong understanding of geometry, trigonometry, and civil engineering principles.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Physical Setting:

1. Rigorous outdoor work.

Education:

1. Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

1. Land Surveying: 3 years (Required).

Language:

License/Certification:

3. CST Certification (Preferred).
