Job summary

St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care for patients with complex needs, including conducting prescribed treatments and coordinating care and discharge.

The role requires leadership within the care team and a commitment to mission and values. Our nurses work in a diverse unit including NFA, L2, PRE-OP Assessment Clinic and B2 Surgery with staggered night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Recent Surgical Nursing experience required.
• Scope of practice as documented in the RHPA.
• Current CRNM registration required.
• INDIVIDUALS may be considered even if not meeting all qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional RN services for patients, including those with complex needs.
• Lead within the health care team and coordinate patient care and discharge.
• Administer prescribed medical treatments and ensure quality of care.
