Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
• Assume a leadership role within the healthcare team and facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge.
• Adhere to PHIA, RHPA, WHMIS and related acts; follow regional/facility policies.
• Prioritize individual patient care and respond to multiple concurrent demands.
• Maintain concentration in a high-stress environment and participate in self-development.
