DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging components at optimal inventory levels to support Production and TPM operations.
You will work with Demand Planning, Production, Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory and Quality teams, using data and ERP systems to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. This is a fixed-term contract ending August 2027.

We’re looking for a Supply Planning Analyst with strong experience in supply planning, ideally within a manufacturing environment, who can ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging components at optimal inventory levels to support Production and Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) operations. You’re highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, Excel and ERP systems, with the ability to assess supply chain impacts, identify risks and turn data into practical actions. You’ll bring a strong sense of urgency and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically, partnering closely with Demand Planning, Production, Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory and Quality teams, as well as suppliers. Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside a continuous improvement mindset. This is a fixed-term contract ending August , 2027, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during an exciting period of business growth and supply chain transformation.
The anticipated salary range for this position is 60,000 to 65,000 CAD.
