Job summary

DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY is seeking a Senior Replenishment Analyst to support global supply chain operations, including inventory analysis, replenishment planning, and performance reporting. The role focuses on converting data into actionable recommendations to improve product availability and service levels.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract based at our Head Office in Liberty Village, Toronto, with a hybrid work schedule. The anticipated base salary is CAD 70,000–CAD 80,000.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering).
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, demand planning, logistics or related analytical role.
  • Experience supporting product launches or lifecycle management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capability with KPI and inventory metrics experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support replenishment and distribution plans using data-driven approaches.
  • Monitor WOS, inventory levels, stock risks, and excess inventory across global markets.
  • Analyze global WOS trends and recommend actions to improve service levels and inventory turns.
  • Track Back-In-Stock dates, recovery timelines, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
  • Support inventory allocation and deployment across distribution centers, stores, and markets.
  • Assist new product launches with inventory readiness, replenishment, and planning.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Replenishment Analyst is responsible for supporting DECIEM’s global supply chain operations through inventory analysis, replenishment planning, product launch readiness, and supply chain performance reporting. This role converts supply, demand, and inventory data into actionable recommendations that improve product availability, inventory productivity, and service levels across the global network. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure inventory is effectively managed throughout the product lifecycle, from new product launches through ongoing replenishment and portfolio management.

This is a full-time, contract position for 12-months and is based out of our Head Office, located in Liberty Village, Toronto. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

PAY RANGE

The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.

Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU'D BE BEING DOING IN THIS ROLE
  • Support the development and execution of replenishment and distribution plans using data-driven and rules-based approaches.
  • Monitor inventory levels, Weeks of Supply (WOS), product availability, out-of- stock risks, and excess inventory across global markets.
  • Analyze global WOS trends and recommend inventory actions to improve service levels, inventory turns, and product availability.
  • Track Back-In-Stock dates, recovery timelines, and supply constraints while communicating inventory risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Support inventory allocation and deployment decisions across distribution centers, retail stores, and key markets.
  • Support new product launches by coordinating inventory readiness, replenishment requirements, shipment planning, and distribution center availability.
  • Monitor product development pipelines and milestone timelines to ensure supply chain readiness for upcoming launches.
  • Partner with Product Development, Demand Planning, Packaging, Production, Quality, and Commercial teams to identify inventory, sourcing, and replenishment requirements for new products.
  • Assess launch risks and provide recommendations regarding inventory levels, launch quantities, timing, and deployment strategies.
  • Support post-launch inventory monitoring to ensure successful commercialization and appropriate product availability.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, demand planning, logistics, allocation, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience supporting product launches, product lifecycle management, or commercialization activities is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical capability with proven experience analyzing Weeks of Supply (WOS), inventory health, service levels, replenishment performance, and supply chain KPIs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and large dataset management. Experience with ERP and planning systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
