Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible as required)

Job Summary:

The Supply Planner is responsible for providing short- and medium-term finite capacity-constrained production plans based on resource availability and materials, aligning with our core values such as sustainability in all planning and actions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement detailed supply plans driven by sales forecasts, balancing load on constrained resources.
  • Create, confirm, and issue jobs based on available resources.
  • Ensure availability of finished and semi-finished goods to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
  • Respond promptly to stock-outs or forecast changes with input from stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate updates on supply changes, constraints, and product availability to internal customers.
  • Maintain stability in the MRP system through demand and inventory planning.
  • Review and update planning data and parameters to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate supply plans focusing on service level targets and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
Technical:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of supply chain experience.
  • Knowledge of supply chain elements in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Experience with MRP systems, preferably Syspro.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • APICS or equivalent certification is an asset.
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving, math, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strategic thinking with a business perspective and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
