As a Clinical Trial Project Planner, you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

  1. Identify and raise schedule conflicts, risks, and resource peaks/troughs appropriately for resolution.
  2. Participate in and contribute to cross-functional and functional teams to discuss, review, and optimize protocol/project/program schedules and study cost estimates.
  3. Participate in and contribute to cross-functional and functional teams to discuss, review, and optimize protocol/project/program schedules and resource management plans.
  4. Monitor progress of project activities towards milestones, anticipate and highlight variances, support critical path analyses, and partner with the Asset PM, Clinical Operations, and the project team to identify solutions to schedule risks.
  5. Perform scenario planning of project timelines across protocols and therapeutic areas to optimize resource use and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  6. Contribute to validation of resource information at the project level with the team.

You are:

Education:

  • S. with 5+ years' experience or M.S. with 3+ years' experience.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience in project planning and project management.
  • At least 3 years of applicable pharmaceutical industry or similar experience.

Beneficial Relevant Capabilities:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience in regulatory submission planning and product launch planning.
  • Experience with planning and resource forecasting tools (e.g., MS Project, Planisware, OnePager).
