Canadian Tire Corporation has a full-time Supply Chain Planning Analyst position open at its Mississauga, ON office, with a hiring range of $53,000 to $70,000 annually. The role sits within the Operations Planning Center (OPC), which is CTC's supply chain planning hub, and specifically within the Capacity and Production Planning team.

Day to day, you'll develop long- and short-term capacity plans, communicate and coordinate those plans with integrated partners, and lead large-scale process improvement initiatives from start to finish. You'll also produce business intelligence, build reports and queries, and manage relationships with supply chain partners across the corporation.

About the Role: Supply Chain Planning Analyst

The OPC works with Associate Stores, Suppliers, Forecasting and Replenishment, DC and Transportation Execution Teams, Third Party Providers, and Carriers to plan efficient product flow across CTC's network. As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you'll contribute to and lead capacity planning efforts, providing recommendations to partners on matters such as capacity relief, OMSL targets, and DC productivity.

You'll manage competing and changing objectives across both short- and long-term goals while keeping stakeholder expectations on track. Part of the work involves anticipating operational risks and communicating recommendations to management before issues elevate. Cross-functional coordination with DCs, Transportation, Forecasting and Replenishment, and Ordering Operations teams is a regular part of the position.

Benefits and Salary

The typical hiring range for this role is $53,000 to $70,000 per year, with the final salary determined by experience, internal equity, industry benchmarks, and role-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

The analyst role covers both planning and communication work.
