Job description

Canadian Tire Corporation is one of Canada's most recognised retail institutions, and their Toronto head office is currently looking for a Supplier Performance Analyst to join the Vendor Standards and Supply Chain team. If you're the kind of professional who thrives on data, enjoys untangling complex vendor relationships, and wants to make a real impact on how product moves across a national retail network, this role deserves a close look.

Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Performance & Vendor Standards, you'll sit at the intersection of merchandising, logistics, finance, and external vendors — analyzing compliance data, managing disputes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly. It's a role where analytical rigour and strong communication skills matter in equal measure.

About the Role: Supplier Performance Analyst

Day to day, this position is focused on monitoring supplier performance across a broad set of operational standards — everything from packaging accuracy and ASN compliance to routing, transportation, and shipment quality. You'll build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reporting using tools like Excel and Power BI, turning large data sets into actionable insights that drive better vendor outcomes and policy adherence across the organization.

Beyond the numbers, you'll play an active role in reviewing vendor inquiries and disputes, coordinating with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Digital/eCommerce, IT, and Accounting teams on cross-functional initiatives. The role also requires some flexible availability for calls with offshore vendors and supply chain teams, reflecting the global nature of Canadian Tire's product sourcing.

Benefits and Salary

Canadian Tire offers a broadband salary range of $53,000 to $88,000, with a typical hiring range of $53,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, internal equity, and role-specific factors. Beyond base pay, employees enjoy comprehensive benefits and retirement programs, performance incentives, continuing education programs, career growth opportunities, product discounts, and other perks to support your overall well-being. As part of the enhanced flex benefits program, mental health benefits of $5,000 per year are available for eligible employees and their families.
