This full-time role sits at the heart of CTC's global supply chain, giving the right candidate a chance to shape how offshore ocean freight flows into Canada across the Asia Pacific and European trade lanes.

Day to day, you'll be working with decision optimization tools, managing carrier performance reporting, and collaborating with internal teams like Capacity Planning, Offshore Logistics, and Distribution Centres, as well as external partners such as ocean carriers and CTC's origin cargo management service provider.

About the Role: Data Analyst, International Transportation

This position is responsible for managing the offshore ocean inbound product flow into Canada. You'll support the Manager and Team Lead across all aspects of Ocean Transport operations, including carrier allocation optimization, forecasting, tracking of minimum quantity commitments (MQCs), and ocean container management. You'll also contribute to contract negotiation support and analysis of offshore lead times across all lanes.

Collaboration is central to this role. You'll serve as the key contact for ocean operations data for both internal and external stakeholders, communicating data-backed insights concisely to team members and leadership. Whether you're working through ambiguous operational issues or supporting strategic projects, you'll be expected to bring analytical rigour and clear communication to everything you do.
