• Respond to changes in demand and apply Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)
• Partner with Category Management, Forecasting, and Promotions teams to introduce new products and maintain existing assortments for promotional, regular, and seasonal demand
• Perform data mining, analysis, and rapid problem solving
• Manage seasonal inventory and replenishment strategy
• Support Supply Chain functions including Operations Planning, Transportation, Distribution, and Inventory Management
• Take ownership and direct accountability for results and metrics
• Negotiate and manage supplier relationships; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Math, Business, or Commerce with demonstrated interest in operations and supply chain
• 2+ years of work experience, including Co-op or internship experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
• Experience in analyst roles, especially data-driven, analytical, or process improvement roles
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder consensus-building skills

Compensation:

Broadband salary range $53,000 – $88,000. Typical hiring range $53,000 – $70,000.
