Job summary

AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Co-op Student in Calgary for a 24-week term. You will engage in spend analysis, contract data management, and policy documentation while learning purchasing, sourcing, logistics, and compliance.

This hands-on role supports the Supply Chain Manager and offers exposure to a broad range of SCM activities. You will collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrate strong communication, and contribute to continuous improvements in contract management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in purchasing/procurement.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated, with excellent time management skills.
• Team player with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must provide a complete Vulnerable Sector Check within six months.

Responsibilities

• Organize and analyze spend data, providing insights into category spend by contract, region, and site.
• Contribute to the management of the contract database by updating inventories and metadata.
• Assist in documenting supply chain policies and procedures to standardize practices.
