Job description

We're partnering with an established organization in Calgary to recruit a Supply Chain Analyst for a newly created position. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who wants to broaden their supply chain exposure, take ownership of their work and build a long-term career within a smaller organization.

This is not a narrowly focused procurement role. You'll work across contract management, contractor administration, procurement systems and general supply chain activities, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and maintain Master Service Agreements, contractor documentation and other contracts.
  • Support contractor onboarding, compliance and administration, including ComplyWorks.
  • Review and maintain legal and contract documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Become the internal subject matter expert for the organization's procurement system.
  • Support procurement activities, RFQs and bids as required.
  • Work closely with operational and corporate stakeholders to address supply chain needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation and processes are kept current.
  • Identify gaps, solve problems and take ownership of an evolving range of supply chain responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, procurement or a related area.
  • Experience with contract or contractor management is a strong asset.
  • Exposure to the oil & gas industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with contracts, compliance and legal documentation.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and becoming the go-to resource for a procurement tool.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities rather than specializing in one area.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without significant oversight.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.
