About The Role

  1. Run Demand and Supply Reports to support the IBP process.
  2. Collaborate with Customer Experience and sales teams to track forecasts, identify gaps, and ensure sales order accuracy (correct SKUs).
  3. Report monthly forecast metrics and use insights to improve forecast accuracy.
  4. Support the un-forecasted demand process by reviewing stock availability and planned production, aligning demand with Customer Experience.
  5. Review slow-moving and obsolete stock, and determine actions based on set rules.
  6. Coordinate and plan rework of cased products with third-party warehouse providers.
  7. Plan decanting or destruction of stock with spirit planning and external warehouses.
  8. Establish stock targets, monitor stock days on hand, and report findings.
  9. Manage your professional development to achieve work objectives and personal growth.

About You

Skills and Experience

  1. Experience working with ERP and MRP systems.
  2. Proficiency in Excel (good to intermediate skills).
  3. Basic understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Personal Attributes

  1. Experience in a supply chain environment is preferred.
  2. Strong numerical skills and ability to manage large data volumes.
  3. Good communication skills with the ability to convert data into management insights.
