Here is what you will be doing each day:

As the Repair & Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working with our Maintenance and Rooms teams to ensure all hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. You are responsible for completing and responding to repair requests in a timely manner, supporting safety requirements, maintaining physical appearance “curb appeal,” and completing preventative maintenance, while also providing leadership to the team. You will be working with chemical products, and industrial equipment.

Key knowledge, skills or abilities that are required:

• A minimum of 5 years maintenance or general construction experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with patching & painting, basic plumbing/fixture repair, electrical system controls, small equipment/appliance repair, basic carpentry (e.g. chair, table, door, window repair/refurbishing)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and ability to learn custom systems/app operation.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
