Hey you. Are you ready to take the reins on some exciting media accounts and make a significant impact? As our Media Account Supervisor, you'll be the friendly face that bridges the gap between our clients and our talented internal media and analytics teams, along with other incredible IAT partners.

In this dynamic role, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of innovative media strategies that align perfectly with our clients’ marketing objectives. Your mission? To deliver outstanding client service while ensuring our campaigns are executed seamlessly, creatively, and on budget. What you’ll be doing all day:

  • Be the super connector: Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued. You’ll be their go-to person for all things media.
  • Craft media magic: Collaborate with our brilliant media planning team to develop innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences and amplify client brands.
  • Tell the story: you’re a pro at simplifying complex data points and media recos into synthesized, concise and clear stories that link back to, but more importantly, address our client’s business needs.
  • Lead the campaign charge: Oversee the execution of media plans, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll coordinate with creative, analytics, and finance teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Inspire and mentor: Help guide the team of planners, managers and coordinators, sharing your knowledge and encouraging their growth. We believe in teamwork and uplifting one another.
  • Work with internal and external teams to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization?
  • Keep an eye on the budget: Monitor campaign budgets and make sure everything is on track financially, adjusting plans as needed to stay within budget.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with the latest trends in the media landscape and bring fresh ideas to the table. Your insights will help elevate our strategies.

A Little About You:

You have a deep passion for media and analytics, living and breathing every aspect of the field. Your enthusiasm for media planning is complemented by a keen interest in data and analytics, and you’re always attuned to the rapid evolution of our industry, constantly asking, “what’s next?” You stay updated on the latest technology trends and possess a strong background in digital media planning and activation.

You recognize that data, in isolation, is just numbers; true value emerges when it’s transformed into actionable strategies. You are client focused, detail-oriented and equally comfortable navigating operational challenges as you are in developing comprehensive strategies and presenting them to clients. With a cross-disciplinary background, you have the versatility to plan across various media channels seamlessly.

  • Must have a minimum 4 years of experience in media planning/account supervising
  • Must have hands on account management experience, directly managing client relationships
  • Previous experience with Retail and QSR accounts is a plus
  • Should be curious, entrepreneurial, a team player, and have a knack for analytics
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in all communications and deliverables
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • A knack for juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat
  • Proficient in Microsoft and can build a killer deck
  • Completed post-secondary education in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Bonus points for experience in the Quebec Market and fluency in both English and French
  • This role will be 100% remote with monthly in-person team meetings and the ability to travel and meet with clients in person as required
