The Warehouse is:

We are a Premium Dive Bar that is run to create a fun and exciting atmosphere for guests.

The role is responsible for: Reporting to the General Manager, a Front of House Manager is responsible for ensuring the staff and guests are having a fun and memorable time. The role is not only to ensure that our guests are enjoying themselves but our staff as well.

IF YOU ARE THE LIFE OF THE PARTY, LATE NIGHTS ARE YOUR FORTE, AND ENJOY BEING IN THE INDUSTRY - THIS IS THE POSITION FOR YOU.

Main Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for leading a pre-shift meeting to go through the daily or nightly expectations for the staff that is about to clock in.
Motivating the team throughout the shift.
Providing coaching and feedback for the FOH and BOH staff.
Touching each table and ensuring every guest is enjoying their time with us.
Ensuring the venue is on-brand at all times with the music, lighting, and atmosphere.
Have open communication with the entire team including the partners.
Hold the team accountable for the duties required of them and ensure teamwork is at the forefront.
Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Ontario liquor licensing laws.
Strong working knowledge of the flow of the restaurant and menus.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to coach and mentor others.
Ability to create a fun and memorable atmosphere.
Smart Server and Food Handlers.
