The City of Winnipeg is seeking a Superintendent of Facilities Contracts and Maintenance to lead the operation and maintenance of Transit buildings, structures and properties, including garages, maintenance facility, administration building, stations and shelters.
You will oversee contracts, lead a team, manage HR and labour relations, and drive improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Under the general direction of the Manager of Plant and Equipment, the Superintendent of Facilities Contracts and Maintenance is responsible for the management, overall operation and maintenance of all Transit buildings, structures and properties including three Transit bus garages, the Maintenance Facility, the Administration Building, Rapid Transit Stations and 700 Bus Shelters. In addition, the Superintendent provides oversight to the Facilities Project and Contracts Manager for all contract administration.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm or as operationally required.
