• Comfortable navigating technology and digital tools used to support engagement and selling.

• Drive sales, conversion, units per transaction, and other store performance goals through intentional customer engagement and solution-based selling.
• Proactively engage customers through outreach, appointments, events, and personalized follow-up to build relationships and generate traffic and sales.
• Educate and inspire customers through strong product knowledge and recommendations that connect benefits to needs.
• Support customer loyalty and long-term engagement by creating consistent, personalized experiences across touchpoints.
