Job summary

H&M in Coquitlam is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and actively sell our products using fashion and product knowledge. You will keep the sales floor clean and organized and collaborate with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

In this role you will stay up-to-date with fashion trends, share information with customers, participate in onboarding and training, and support operations such as garment care, fitting room and checkout

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to engage with customers and explain product features and trends.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn onboarding and training.

Responsibilities
