Job summary

H&M Canada is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate the customer experience through execution of visual standards and commercial excellence. You will coach store teams, stay ahead of trends, and ensure alignment with global campaigns and local guidelines.

The role focuses on upholding presentation quality, managing workload with store leadership, and driving sales through compelling product stories and omni-channel standards.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and creativity with strong communication to collaborate across teams.
• Experience applying visual and commercial standards in a retail setting.
• Ability to coach and develop store teams on presentation and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation as per guidelines and campaigns.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload and align with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sales activities on time.
• Monitor stock levels and provide input on allocation and display.
• Follow OMNI procedures and local store routines and safety guidelines.
