Job summary

Gibson Energy Inc. in Calgary invites energetic undergraduates into the Next Gen Talent (Student Program) at the Calgary Head Office.

This full-time fixed-term opportunity allows students to apply classroom knowledge to meaningful projects within our Human Resources team. Open to 2nd–4th year students pursuing Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting or Technology, with Gen AI interest as a plus.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of an undergraduate program for the 2026/2027 academic year.
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, and/or Technology, with an interest in Gen AI considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, embrace learning, and take on new challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively and contribute as part of a team.
  • Communicate clearly and interact professionally with a variety of people.
  • Show curiosity, take initiative, and bring forward questions and ideas.
