Job summary

NAIT is hiring a casual Customer Service Representative I to support Student Life, with duties spanning social media content creation, event support, and volunteer program coordination. The role may require days, evenings and weekends, and integration with AUPE terms.

Salary ranges are noted and benefits exist. The position is within the Student Life team at NAIT, focusing on enhancing the student experience and community engagement, under a casual contract ending by Apr 30, 2027 with potential

Qualifications

Completion of grade 12 or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Related certificate(s).
Some experience in retail or customer service environment.
Must be a current NAIT student in good academic standing.
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have credentials evaluated by WES/IQAS/CES.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content through filming, editing, photography, graphic design, and content development.
Support the delivery of mentorship and student engagement events.
Assist with the Student Life Volunteer Program by creating, updating, and organizing resources for the VOME library.
Report student feedback, concerns, or service issues to a supervisor.
Perform other related duties as required.
