NAIT is seeking an International Administrative Assistant under the International and Intercultural Community Centre (IICC) to support international and newcomer students. The role reports to the International Project Coordinator and helps build a friendly, safe, and healthy campus community.
Responsibilities include front desk coverage, guiding students to services, updating the Campaigner newsletter, and scheduling appointments with International Student Specialists.
This position is limited to NAIT students only.
This is a casual opportunity ending on or before April 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension. Scheduled hours will vary, ranging from 7 to 15 hours per week.

Reporting to the International Project Coordinator, the International Administrative Assistant supports International Students in their journey of cultural transition to Canada and NAIT.
Applicants with education credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentials evaluated by World Education Services (WES), International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) or the Comparative Education Services (CES).
This position is covered by the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) Collective Agreement.
Refer to salary range noted on this posting, plus 12% in lieu of statutory holidays and vacation pay. Note: Remuneration for part-time positions will be pro-rated based on FTE (full-time equivalent). The compensation range for this job posting is : $20.79 - $27.91.
