NAIT is seeking a customer-focused individual to join the campus bookstore team on a temporary part-time basis. The role supports in-store and digital materials, handles web orders, and assists with special orders while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The position requires 2-3 years of retail/customer service experience, POS familiarity, and strong communication. Flexible scheduling and occasional weekend shifts are expected.
Please Note: This is a temporary part time position, ending on or before September 10, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
This 29-hour a week position includes a variety of shifts flexing between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm including movement/shifts and coverage between Patricia, Souch and Main campus based on business needs, this may include the occasional Saturday.

This individual will join our team and provide outstanding customer experience.
We are more than just a bookstore, and not only will you serve those who walk in our doors, you will provide digital course material support and assist in fulfilling web and special orders. Our web order support includes processing online orders as well as the selling of digital resources, and trouble shooting student issues. Attention to detail is a must in this role and accurately processing transactions is of fundamental importance.
