Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to residents and stakeholders.
• Generate and ensure accurate occupancy and application reports weekly.
• Maintain historical data of reports for accurate projections.
• Process new and returning student applications.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student files and paperwork.
• Facilitate check-in/out of residents and manage roommate assignments.
• Update access control database and issue residence access cards.
• Collaborate with Residence Life Coordinators on room changes and conflicts.
• Manage room inventory and student room moves for maximum occupancy.
• Coordinate vacant room cleaning with Housekeeping.
• Develop, facilitate and train staff on room inspections.
• Ensure room inspections are completed and damages are reported and charged.
• Assist with maintenance requests and bed bug procedures.
• Communicate with Administration regarding financial accounts and deposits.
• Showcase the residence to prospective students, parents and college community.
• Coordinate with departments to meet housing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned
