Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel is seeking an on-site Hotel Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and supervise team members. The role includes developing procedures, training staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service at our Merritt location.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, a college certificate or diploma in hospitality or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage schedules and inventories effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage daily hotel operations.
