The Student Housing Assistant (SHA) plays a vital role in both guest and student housing operations, reporting to the Front Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to casual guests, prospective students, and their families while contributing to a positive residence experience.
We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and reliable individuals who are detail-oriented, professional, and organized. Successful candidates should have: Experience in customer service and problem-solving Strong communication skills The ability to act as a role model and leader within the residence community Flexibility and a team-player mindset Knowledge of Residence Services Enrollment in a post-secondary program (preferred)
Salary:$15.45 - $19.44 per hour
