Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related program.
• Must complete at least one more semester and maintain GPA 3.0+.
• Ability to lead and operate in changing environments.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Integrity and accountability; team player.
• Residency or valid work permit for Bird Construction or subsidiaries.
• Current transcript required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to gather information for purchasing and subcontract proposals.
• Assist in creating and formatting purchasing/subcontract documents adhering to standards.
• Coordinate proposal review with stakeholders for timely feedback.
• Conduct market research related to purchasing/subcontract administration.
• Analyze client requirements to tailor proposals to needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of proposal content and organize files.
