Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree is required.
• 0–5 years relevant experience in mining/heavy construction environment.
• Registration as Engineer in Training or PEO licensure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Services and Operations to deliver safe, operable, and constructible designs.
• Learn and become expert in the engineering software used by the group.
• Review and ensure conformance with codes, standards, and mining regulations.
• Work with Engineer of Record to complete calculations for compliance.
• Attend design reviews and provide input on design basis and criteria.
• Assist in project scope, budget, and schedule management.
