About the role

In this role you will act as the point person on critical corporate strategy and development projects, including high-impact strategic initiatives and end-to-end M&A and investment processes. Within these projects, you will work across all areas and teams in the company to manage projects that are critical to the operations and long term growth of Coalition.

Accordingly, we are looking for a highly talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment to join our team. Candidates should have excelled in an investment banking, private equity, start-up, or corporate environment and demonstrated top quartile performance in their previous role. Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities
  • Project manage complex and time-critica execution: diligence, valuation, financial modeling, negotiation, and integration planning
  • Build and refine frameworks for market intelligence, competitive analysis, and investment prioritization
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across the business, working closely with finance, product, GTM, and operations
  • Prepare board materials, internal strategy updates, and data-driven analyses for the executive team
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate results and insights with cross-functional teams and to senior stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree. MBAs and those with advanced degrees are welcome to apply too
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience executing on M&A, capital raises, and strategic partnerships in an investment banking, private equity, and/or corporate role
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management abilities combined with impeccable business judgment
  • Experience developing complex analytical models in spreadsheets and using presentation software to facilitate communication with senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex, cross-functional decisions
  • Clear, confident communicator with executive presence and collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and highly execution-oriented
  • 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible PTO
  • Annual home office stipend and WeWork access
  • Mental & physical health wellness programs like Headspace, Lumino, and more!
  • Competitive compensation and opportunity for advancement
