Job summary

Alta Equipment Group is seeking a dedicated Used Equipment Sales & Inventory Coordinator (Finance) to manage used inventory, coordinate prep with Service, and oversee order administration from sale through delivery and invoicing in Canada.

You will be the central point of written communication between Sales, Service, Shipping, and customers, ensuring accurate data entry in SILK and timely updates for the team. No Canadian work experience is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a material handling or equipment dealership environment.
• Strong written communication and ability to write clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master used inventory list with location, condition, price, and sale status.
• Enter used equipment into SILK with data (description, model, year, options, hours, warranty).
• Coordinate prep work and track status with Service.
• Generate customer invoices and process purchase orders.
• Arrange deliveries and prepare shipping documents; handle cross-border paperwork.
