Responsibilities

• Analyze regional driver, tractor and trailer availability to forecast capacity.
• Forecast customer needs and service client requirements, including volumes and cycles.
• Develop and communicate overall strategy to Fleet Management for execution.
• Provide general customer service: coordinate with stakeholders on load movements and relationships.
