Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day support to the Central Planning team.
• Oversee planning activities in assigned regions to meet objectives.
• Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Monitor freight and traffic flows; implement strategies to balance network.
• Understand customer operations to support service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to reduce disruptions.
• Partner with Sales to share insights and address service concerns.
• Build relationships with drivers to support engagement and retention.
• Ensure planning decisions balance efficiency, commitments, and driver experience.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across Planning.
