Job summary

AGA Financial Group inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to drive strategic transformations across business, operations, technology and governance.

You will report to the PMO and partner with Enterprise Architecture to deliver complex programs that shape the operating model and strategic outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, budgets, risks and timelines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading organizational or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with executive committees and senior leaders.
• Experience in highly regulated environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives involving business, operations, technology, data and governance.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver complex projects with oversight of timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Mobilize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align project execution with priorities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure target architectures and governance principles are followed.
• Engage stakeholders and executives; drive decisions and alignment across units.
