Job summary

GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Transformation to lead cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives from initiation through close-out. The role sits in the Transformation Office and reports to executive leadership, ensuring governance, ownership, and momentum across programs.

You will collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to translate priorities into actionable plans, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with executive sponsors.
• Ability to translate priorities into structured project plans and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation Office initiatives from initiation to close-out, including governance and reporting.
• Translate priorities into practical plans with workstreams and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day execution, RAID tracking, decision logs, and escalation.
• Coordinate across functions, IT, vendors, and SMEs to maintain momentum.
• Prepare concise updates for executives and governance forums.
• Partner with Change and Communications to ensure adoption and readiness.
