This role anchors program execution across multiple workstreams, regions, and partners, ensuring alignment with strategy, scope, resources, timelines, risk, and value realization.

The candidate will partner with senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business results across geographies

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex enterprise programs or large-scale transformations.
• Experience with executive leadership teams and steering committees.
• Proven track record delivering programs involving process, organizational, operational, and technology change.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-year transformation programs across geographies with internal and external partners.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks and benefits realization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to achieve transformation objectives.
• Manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Establish and lead program governance structures and executive steering committees.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and business updates.
• Facilitate issue resolution and proactive mitigation strategies.
