Job summary

Sun Life is seeking an AVP, Program Management & Transformation to translate the people and workplace transformation agenda into coordinated, measurable execution across a complex portfolio of business, technology and operations teams. Regular presence at the Toronto One York office is required.

The role combines transformation expertise with disciplined program management, organizational judgment and influential leadership to drive sustained delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transformation and enterprise program leadership.
• Proven experience in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to influence VP/SVP-level stakeholders.
• Experience with OKRs, performance measurement and data-informed decision making.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated execution across priority workplace transformation programs.
• Establish governance, roadmaps and escalation paths.
• Coordinate senior leaders and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Monitor progress and provide executive recommendations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
