Job summary

Rohit Group seeks a Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead finance system and process change initiatives across a multi-division enterprise. The role focuses on strategic planning, stakeholder management, and disciplined delivery to meet time, budget, and quality goals.

You will oversee ERP, data platforms, reporting, and analytics initiatives, driving efficiency and digital enablement within the CFO's transformation program. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance systems or process transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP, data platforms, automation in finance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of finance systems and process transformation initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from requirements to go-live and support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks and dependencies.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders to drive adoption.
