The role focuses on technical and professional recruiting across industrial sectors, managing full lifecycle recruitment from requisition to offer. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for automation, automotive, industrial, and agricultural/greenhouse roles, while coordinating with clients and building strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings.
• Experience recruiting in Skilled Trades, Engineering, IT, Management, and Executive roles.
• Experience recruiting in Automation, Automotive, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Agricultural/Greenhouse sectors.
• Hiring internationally within Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize open requisitions across multiple sectors.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
• Headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other tools.
• Screen candidates via phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match qualifications to requisitions and submit resumes to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage the full hiring process from requisition intake through offer.
• Conduct employment references and background verification coordination.
• Perform market surveys and compensation benchmarking.
