Job summary

Manulife is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives supporting omni-channel communications and document management. Your leadership will coordinate across engineering, architecture, product, operations, security, risk, and vendors to ensure delivery momentum, governance, and outcomes aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical program management or similar role.
Experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile/hybrid delivery.
Experience leading large multi-team initiatives across vendors and business areas.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex tech into clear plans and updates.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex technology initiatives from planning to post-implementation review.
Define scope, outcomes, milestones, governance, and success measures with stakeholders.
Coordinate across engineering, architecture, product, operations, security, risk, and vendors.
Maintain integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
