Job summary

Capital One Canada is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead a team of TPMs and drive multi-year technology roadmaps. You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.

The role emphasizes executive collaboration, complex integration, and strong governance in a hybrid work environment, with a focus on innovative, scalable banking technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex software, cloud, or platform engineering programs.
• Proven experience managing and developing direct reports within TPM/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on complex, multi-workstream technical initiatives including legacy app convergence and cloud updates.
• Unblock delivery by diagnosing bottlenecks and managing dependencies across teams.
• Influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Risk to align priorities.
• Lead and elevate an established TPM practice with mentorship and delivery governance.
