Job summary

Manulife is seeking a strategic Project Manager for its PeopleComms Technology PMO to lead complex HR technology initiatives globally. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, apply predictive, Agile, or hybrid delivery, and balance outcomes, privacy, security, and cost.

This high-visibility role focuses on delivering integrated platforms, automation, data, and responsible AI capabilities that improve HR services worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive PM experience delivering large-scale tech or transformation initiatives in global environments.
• PMP preferred; Agile or scaled delivery credentials are assets.
• Experience with HR tech platforms and learning technologies is a plus.
• Ability to balance business outcomes, risk, privacy, security, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, global initiatives from discovery through adoption and value realization.
• Translate outcomes into executable delivery plans with governance and milestones.
• Apply predictive, Agile, or hybrid delivery methods based on risk and readiness.
• Own budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and benefits with steering recommendations.
• Ensure alignment across HR, product, technology, privacy, and compliance teams.
