Manulife Canada is leading a major operational transformation to retire legacy workflows, re-engineer processes, and scale automation across servicing functions. The AVP, Transformation Delivery, Transition & Readiness will drive integrated program delivery and readiness across waves.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology and delivery, ensuring interim states are operational and outcomes are scaled enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience managing multi-year technology and operations transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record establishing PMO and governance functions.
• Experience executing phased technology migrations and platform retirements.
• Strong understanding of operational readiness, deployment management and transition planning.
• Experience managing third-party delivery partners and systems integrators.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, govern and execute the transformation roadmap.
• Lead the PMO and establish transition strategies, release governance and operating-model controls.
• Coordinate planning across business, technology and delivery workstreams.
• Oversee RAID management and dependency tracking for multiple waves.
• Define interim-state operating models and deployment approaches.
• Ensure operational continuity throughout transformation waves.
